工業(yè)pvc快速卷簾門由門框架體系，門簾體系，驅(qū)動電機，操控體系組成，安全體系組成。



Industrial PVC fast rolling shutter door is composed of door frame system, door curtain system, driving motor, control system and safety system.

框架體系：首要原料為碳鋼板或鋁合金制成。

門簾體系：首要由PVC織布或鋁合金型材組成。驅(qū)動電機體系：首要由剎車片，馬達，減速機組成。

操控體系：常用的是由PLC/變頻器/編碼器成套或自帶IPM模塊的集成電路板，國內(nèi)門業(yè)企業(yè)采用的操控體系大都是以PLC/變頻器/編碼器為主。

開門觸發(fā)信號有多種方法：手動按鈕、雷達感應、紅外線光電感應、地磁感應、遙控等。

門布原料：一般以PVC或PVDF膜材作為簾布，特別是PVDF膜材抗老化性能更好，不易退色并且有自潔功用，做快速卷門十分適合。



Door cloth raw material: PVC or PVDF film is generally used as curtain cloth, especially PVDF film has better anti-aging performance, is not easy to fade and has self-cleaning function, so it is very suitable for fast rolling doors.



產(chǎn)地以德國產(chǎn)或法國產(chǎn)的為首選。厚度0.8mm-2.0mm。2.0mm厚的門片，會將整個產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)改動。

色彩有橙色、黃色、藍色、銀色、通明網(wǎng)格，黑色等，以橙色為首選，原因是橙色十分奪目，刺激昆蟲的感觀，具有必定的防蟲功用。

驅(qū)動電機：「哈爾濱快速門」用的都是制動減速電機，要求制動快且噪音小。一般市場上賣的制動電機要么制動作用不好要么制動噪音很大，都不太適合用于快速卷門。


Driving motor: Fast rolling doors are all brake deceleration motors, requiring fast braking and low noise. Generally, the brake motors sold on the market are either not good at braking or have high braking noise, which are not suitable for fast rolling doors.



速比1:10-1:15比較適宜。這是全新的一種操控方法，運行中止時是不需求靠制動器來剎車的，燥音進一步降底。



The speed ratio is 1:10-1:15. This is a new method of control. When the operation is stopped, the brake is not needed, and the dry noise is further lowered.



工作進程：由開門傳感器提供觸發(fā)信號給操控體系，操控體系根據(jù)快速卷門的當前位置發(fā)出指令給變頻器，啟動驅(qū)動電機使門簾快速上升，車輛行人通過后門簾主動下降，關(guān)閉通道，直到下一個開門信號再次打開。



Work process: The trigger signal is provided by the open door sensor to the control system. The control system sends instructions to the frequency converter according to the current position of the fast rolling door, starts the driving motor to make the door curtain rise rapidly, and the pedestrian descends actively through the back door curtain, closes the channel until the next open door signal opens again.



顧名思義，快速卷門升降速度十分快，不能像鋼制卷閘門相同直接啟動中止，一般需求變頻器來操控電機的轉(zhuǎn)速。



As the name implies, the speed of fast coiling gate is very fast. It can't start and stop directly like steel coiling gate. Frequency converter is usually needed to control the speed of motor.



上升時越快越好，快到位時(20cm左右)需求有一個減速緩沖中止進程，以避免碰擊軌道，避免夾人，下降噪音，這也是衡量「哈爾濱快速門」性能好壞的一個標準。



The quicker the rise, the better. When it is in place (about 20cm), there is a deceleration buffer suspension process to avoid collision with the track, clamping and noise reduction. This is also a criterion to measure the performance of the fast rolling door.
